ZenCoat – Refund & Return Policy

At ZenCoat, we strive to provide the best grooming tools for your pets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all pets, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Items such as the ProTrim™ Safety Pet Clipper or DeepClean™ Bath Brush cannot be returned if they have been used on an animal due to sanitary reasons.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your ZenCoat order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [support@zencoat.com] with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
